LOCATION Dunstall Fam Road is a quiet, residential road located on the northern side of the town and provides excellent road links out to the A23. Wivelsfield station is within 1 mile, with Burgess Hill station a fraction further, both of which provide an excellent choice of mainline connections to Brighton, London Bridge and Victoria in under an hour. There are a good range of nurseries and primary schools in the town, with The Burgess Hill Academy or St Paul’s Catholic College being the choice for secondary schools. The Gattons Infant school is within catchment and is rated as Outstanding, and Southway Junior school is also within catchment and rated as Good. Importantly, Pioneer Childcare offers wraparound care for children before and after school based at Southway. The town has plenty of places to eat out with a number of independent restaurants from Curry Houses to Spanish, to Tex Mex and steak houses. Facilities nearby include The Meadows Surgery and a Tesco Express providing plenty of daily choice. Across the road from The Meadows is one of our favourite pubs, The Woolpack which is a great place to eat and formerly a farm, dating back to the mid 1600’s. For Sport, The Triangle Leisure Centre is within 1 mile. Excitingly, Burgess Hill has been given approval for a £65 million redevelopment which will include a 10 screen cinema, hotel and additional 70,000 square feet of retail space.
