We’re really impressed with how much living space is on offer throughout the home, upon entrance the first impression of the reception hall doesn’t disappoint, the keyless entry system is a great idea and the entrance hall provides enough space for jackets and shoes as well as storing a buggy. As well as a study area, there is a useful shower room with W.C. Double doors lead you to the fourth double bedroom as well as one of our favourite rooms which is the family room. This is a great space that has double doors leading out into the beautiful gardens with far reaching views over The South Downs. Measuring just over 22ft it provides the perfect setting for all the family to get together. It can comfortably host a 16-seater dining table and French doors lead you straight out onto the communal gardens. The ground floor is completed with a large utility / storage room.

A turning staircase leads you to the first floor where you immediately notice the large landing and tall ceilings. Double doors to the right lead you straight into the sitting room, and like the family room, it measures over 22ft. Being positioned on the first floor you really begin to appreciate the far reaching views of The South Downs however internally you cant help but admire the sash windows and cast iron feature fire place. To the left of the landing you will find another reception room which is currently used as a dining room, this could also make a great children’s play room or study area. One thing we really like about this home is that each floor is serviced by its own W.C. The first floor is completed with a stunning dual aspect bespoke kitchen breakfast room which the owners have recently upgraded. We love the white finish Corian worktops and this continues around the kitchen to create a clever breakfast bar. There is also a five ring gas hob, cooker-hood, built in dishwasher, built in fridge/freezer, microwave oven, two further built in NEFF ovens, pan drawers and full extension corner storage cupboards. The recently opened A272 bypass connects you to Cuckfield and out onto the A23 without the need to pass through the town. The countryside is not far from your front door, National Trust facilities are located locally at Wakehurst Place and Nymans Gardens, with Sheffield Park less than 15 minutes by road. Pretty villages surround the town and include Lindfield, Cuckfield, Ardingly and Wivelsfield Green. Brighton can be found 15 miles to the south, whilst a short drive north takes you to Crawley, London Gatwick and the A/M23. Haywards Heath is a major stopping point on the mainline London to Brighton line where connecting trains to London Bridge and Victoria are under an hour and Brighton within 20 minutes.
