One of our favourite features of this home is the garden, measuring approx. 190ft in length it’s been thoughtfully designed in separate stages of patio, lawn and decking and we believe it would make the ideal setting for any family gatherings. An added benefit is the timber chalet at the rear of the garden, with power and electric running to it it’s currently used as a gym but it could easily make an arts room or home office

LOCATION Not only is the size and character of this home fantastic, so too is the central location. On hand is everything that a buyer will need; from the shopping facilities and coffee shops on South Road and The Orchards shopping centre, to Victoria Park and the bars and restaurants which are located on The Broadway. Haywards Heath mainline station is approx. 1.2 miles on foot from Western Road where you’ll find trains to London Victoria and London Bridge from 47 minutes.
