- We do our due diligence with every prospective tenant. We gain a full employment check to check their affordability, as well as credit checks and previous landlord references within the last three years.
- We have paperless tenancy progression software, this ensures quick and efficient admin.
Deposit Replacement Scheme
This scheme benefits landlords and tenants by making renting more attractive and affordable.
- It enables a quicker moving in process as tenants won’t need to find such a large deposit on top of all other costs.
