The extreme heat in a wood-burning oven cooks the pizza extra fast, which helps the toppings hold onto their natural nutrients…. so that’s your cue to order pizza for dinner!

Monte Forte Pizza began out of a food truck in Redhill Market, by two brothers whose inspiration and roots came from their Italian Nonna. Their recipes have been perfected over the last four years, they cook them at 500c, just like the ones in Napoli! Find them on Reigate hight street. P.S The Zola pizza is the best thing you will ever taste (in our opinion!)
The Real Pizza Company started off working out of a mobile pizza trailer, catering all the small local villages in the area, they now have 3 shops and cater for events. They produce delicious artisan wood fired pizzas with type 00 flour from Canta Napoli, mixed and hand rolled in their shops.
We recently enjoyed The Real Pizza Company in Copthorne for our last company meeting – there are too many toppings to recommend! P.S The real winner was Baked camembert garlic bread with rosemary and spiced honey drizzle – it was incredible!
Fatto a Mano opened in 2015 in Brighton, serving authentic Neapolitan pizza, made with fresh ingredients and soft and pillowy pizza dough, made fresh every day in a pizzaioli oven at about 450 degrees, for no more than 90 seconds, in true Neapolitan style. They now have three restaurants in Brighton and Hove and one in London! P.S you HAVE to try the Nutella crusts for dessert, they are too good to miss!
The Stonebaked Company was born during the pandemic working out of a horse trailer! They are based just outside Horsham, in a barn however, they also cater for private events! They prepare their pizza’s using fresh dough every day, using only the best Italian 00 flour, salt, water and yeast. P.S The gluten free pizza tastes seriously good!!
Combining amazing local produce and stunning scenery, Surrey Hills Wood Fired Pizza in Dorking is a mobile pizza delivery service. They cook using a clay wood fired oven on Surrey hardwood at 350 degrees and use only 100% British vegetables, cheese and meat. P.S The buttery, garlic bread with cheese is a must starter!!
Crust Bro’s was born out of a simple idea, learning from the Italians and cooking up a storm in Shoreditch’s Red Market before finding a permanent home in Waterloo and then Croydon. They are well known for their personalised Neapolitan pizza with a choice of 30 different ingredients and much loved pizza crusts, delicious dough and ingredients straight from Italy, all cooked in their wood fired oven. P.S Definitely choose to make your own pizza, you won’t be disappointed!
