Should you experience any property management issues during your tenancy, we ask that this be reported to the team via phone and/or email in the first instance. You will be asked to provide as much information as possible, including any photographs and product information (e.g., make and model numbers).
We understand that sometimes emergencies can arise without notice and outside of standard working hours, so this webpage is here to help you with some points of contact in the unfortunate event that you have maintenance issues, as well as useful tips you could use until you can contact one of us.
If your property is managed by your landlord, please contact them directly. These details can be found on the ‘Post Move In’ email sent by the team following the tenancy commencement.
