You may like to go to Box Park with friends, best known for its street food, bars, and entertainment all under one roof. We personally love The Store in South Croydon (which is conveniently only a 3 minute walk from Sophia Court) for its simply exquisite food and drinks menu! Not only that, the chic bar has stunning interiors that were restored from its former J Sainsbury supermarket, dating back to the 1800’s.

There is an array of leisure activities locally-VUE cinema, Get Fired pottery painting, The Museum of Croydon and Oxygen Freejumping. Don’t be fooled, Croydon is also surrounded by various green open spaces to enjoy, whether it’s Duppas Hill Recreational Ground or Wandle Park. Perhaps shopping is more your thing? The large superstores on the Purley Way offer an array of big names from IKEA and Homesense, to TK MAXX. There is literally something for everyone.
