LOCATION Lenham Avenue lies on the borders between Rottingdean and Saltdean and is within walking distance of both the sea and the newly re-opened Saltdean Lido. Brighton and its wonderful collection of shops, restaurants, cafés and bars is only a 10-minute drive, however there is an excellent bus service that runs from Saltdean to most parts of the city.

Between Saltdean and Brighton is Brighton Marina, which is a great place to have a drink in the sun, enjoy a good meal in one of the many restaurants or see a film at the Cineworld cinema. There is also a large Asda and a David Lloyd gym located in the marina.
