DESCRIPTION We love this fantastic three bedroom, two bathroom family home located on a quiet cul-de-sac within easy reach of East Grinstead town centre. Constructed in 2012, the property benefits from a garage, off road parking and the remainder of it’s NHBC guarantee.

The front door opens into a tiled entrance hallway which gives access to the garage, cloakroom and stairs to the first floor. We’re particularly fond of the slick kitchen/dining room which is located to the rear of the property and boasts a range of fitted units, built-in appliances, under-stair cupboard, double glazed window and doors that open to the rear garden.

The spacious sitting room is located at the front of the first floor. We love the double glazed doors which open out to a fantastic sunny balcony with lovely views. The second bedroom is a large double and is positioned at the rear overlooking the garden.

The second floor landing gives access to the remainder of the accommodation. The master bedroom suite has custom made fitted wardrobes and there is access to an en-suite shower room. Bedroom three is also a double bedroom which overlooks the rear garden. It has space for storage furniture in addition to an airing cupboard and built-in cupboard.

Outside, to the front there is off road parking for at least two vehicles and access to the garage. The landscaped rear garden is low maintenance and has been cleverly adapted to maximize the space and comprises patio area with steps leading onto artificial turf.

There are regular services into London Bridge and Victoria plus a new peak hour Thmeslink service to Bedford. The M23 can be accessed at Copthorne and the M25 at Godstone, both are within a short drive. This means that Gatwick Airport, London and Brighton are all really accessible by car.
