DESCRIPTION This 4 bedroom family home is ideally situated within Cuckfield for those with a young family or those with aspirations to start a family considering the sought after primary school and secondary school in short proximity. Built in 2011 and separated over 3 floors this home utilises the space to its full. The entrance hall is spacious, and leads to a great entertainment space in the kitchen, large enough for the dinning table and plenty of worktop space for the food preparation. All appliances are integrated giving it a clean and sleek look. To the rear is a lovely and cosey sitting room, which is great to unwind in the evenings. A bay window and patios doors lead to the garden, with artificial grass that gives very little maintenance and more time to spend enjoying the outdoors. On the first floor are the two larger bedrooms, the master with its built in wardrobe and en suite has space a great view of the woodlands behind the home. Along with the second bedroom, a good sized double, there is also the family bathroom. Lasty on the top floor are the double bedroom and the single bedroom with additional storage to the eaves.

LOCATION The sought after village of Cuckfield is located in a superb central position, just to the East of the A23 linking Brighton and the M25. The village boasts an array of independent shops coupled with a thriving community. Our favourite places to eat are at The Wheatsheaf Inn, The Talbot and The Rose & Crown – the tasting menu at The Rose & Crown is superb. The Wheatsheaf is the closest to the property boasting wholesome pub food and a well-regarded quiz night on a Tuesday! The Talbot has been renovated in the last couple of years and boasts and impressive function room and is also the location for the monthly local food market. For a more special occasion, you could try the Michelin starred Ockenden Manor & Spa which is in the heart of the village. For schools, there is Holy Trinity Primary School and Warden Park Secondary School, both rated as good in their most recent Ofsted report. For even younger children, there are plenty of classes at the Old School and Queens Hall. A short drive or a brisk walk takes you to Haywards Heath with its own range of shopping facilities including a Waitrose that is due to open by the end of 2016. Haywards Heath is a major stop on the London to Brighton Line. Both London Bridge and London Victoria can be reached in under 50 minutes. Gatwick Airport is within 15 miles and the M25 a little further along the M23.
