LOCATION Orchard Close is an excellent spot for families or those looking to commute. Set on a no through road, there is the obvious benefit of hardly any passing traffic and therefore providing a quiet location.

Wivelsfield station is within a comfortable 15-minute stroll however there is a cut through which could half this time, with mainline connections to Brighton, London Bridge and Victoria in under an hour.
