Mathew oversees our Mid Sussex operation at Move Revolution which has seen excellent growth since we opened in Haywards Heath in 2015. Having helped clients move for more than 20 years, he’s not quite as old as his looks and is a key part of driving our business forward. A more than capable cook (his words) his spare time is taken up with his wife Zahrah, his two boys and Brighton and Hove Albion. We are not sure what order that is either!

Lizzie is known for being focused and committed to her work. Having grown up in Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill she has lots of brilliant recommendations for you! In her spare time, she teaches contemporary and commercial dance - you can see where she gets her focus! Loving cocktails and beach BBQ's with friends, we love having her as part of the Move Revolution team.

With a keen interest in architecture, alongside his interior design qualification, Matt has found his calling working in estate agency as a Sales Negotiator. He is hard working and motivated to help you find your dream home! In his spare time, he loves watching Formula 1!

James started his career in Lettings 11 years ago working around Sussex, before joining the Move Revolution team as Head of Lettings in 2020. His extensive role & experience has helped to quickly progress the department & take it from strength to strength.
In his spare time, you will find James on the golf course or supporting his favourite football team, Crystal Palace…

You are in expert hands with Katarina, it's very clear to see how passionate she is about outstanding customer service. Her organisational skills are also evident out of work, as Events Manager at her local sports club she is incredible at running a brilliant fundraiser or party!

The first thing you will notice about Luca is his huge smile and warm personality - which puts everyone in a great mood. Luca's background in property, alongside his naturally positive outlook on life, ensures each and every one of our clients have a fantastic experience. In his spare time, he loves to play football and go on pizza dates with his girlfriend, and is known to 'tinker' with cars!

Ella is naturally happy and bubbly all the time! She is a true asset to the Move Revolution Lettings team, with a background in property lettings. In her spare time, you will either find her playing rugby, cheering on her favourite team (the Harlequins), attending her local church, as well as song writing... she is always busy!

Sarah is our property management guru. She is highly experienced and a pleasure work with - you know you are in safe hands when she openly admits her love of tick lists! Out of work it’s all about family time – bowling, cinema, going to the park and hanging out with her two amazing children.

Sam runs our extremely successful land and new homes department. She manages to find developers land with ease, and also advises homeowners how to sell their garden's for development. If you are looking to unlock the value of your land in Lindfield just give Sam a call!

Nici is our highly experienced Marketing Director (you will have met at one of our wonderful events) Having run her own successful London Experiential Marketing Agency, she now uses her unique talents at Move Revolution. She is always in a good mood, and knows everyone!

Sue delights our clients, being at their side every step of the way from the moment they have agreed the sale of their home, through to moving day. She loves to travel far and wide, exploring new places! She also enjoys cooking, yoga, gardening and entertaining her grandchildren.

Jack is a fantastic photographer tasked with making your home look incredible. With a degree in photography and a passion for interior & architectural design, Jack can channel that passion into making your home look stunning!

Ed has a degree in photojournalism specialising in architectural and interior photography. His keen eye for detail allows him to create amazing images to best display your home.
In his spare time, he likes to cycle and is an avid Chelsea football fan!
