What is your average time from instruction to completion?

How easy will it be to speak to you and get updates?
We are passionate about outstanding communication (as you can probably tell from the conversations you have had with our team). Take time to ask you potential conveyancer how easy will it be to speak with them? This sounds a simple question, but from vast experience we know that far to many conveyancers keep clients on hold for long periods of time and are often not available at all. This inability to get an update and speak with your conveyancer can cause no end of problems, aside from the fact that you will end up feeling incredibly frustrated.
