DESCIPTION The bright and spacious accommodation in this beautifully presented bungalow is complimented by the generous outside space, as located on a corner plot there is a real feeling of space.

Inside the entrance porch there is plenty of good storage for coats and shoes, this then opens into the entrance hall which is bright and surprisingly spacious. The kitchen is one of our favourite rooms in the house as it modern and has plenty of work surface space. The large window overlooking the front also means it is a bright kitchen and as it is neutral in colour any buyer can introduce their own colour scheme through coloured appliances.

The lounge/diner has large double doors that lead out the garden and has been decorated in a neutral modern style with wooden floors.

The three bedrooms are all a good size, the master benefits from having fitted storage and the owners currently use the third as a study as it leads through to the sunny conservatory. Although if a third bedroom is needed it is a good size.

The shower room has a large walk in shower and is mostly tiled in a modern neutral colour. As well as having a toilet in the shower room there is an additional wc next door. Perfect if you have all the family around.

No doubt though, our favourite aspect of this home is the spacious and manicured gardens. The current owners have made the outside of this home a wonderful area to be. There is good storage with a large shed and beautiful summer house, both with power, as well as lots of patio areas that provide excellent seating for outside dining. The main lawn is surrounded but decorative borders and bushes and the entire garden is extremely secluded as it sits on a large corner plot with only bungalows nearby.

LOCATION South Beaumont Park is located right on the boarders between Rustington and Littlehampton on the South coast. The beautiful quiet beaches of Rustington are easily accessible and the more vibrant and active beaches of Littlehampton are only a short walk away. A small Tesco’s express is within easy walking distance as it a small Boot’s chemist.

Rustington’s village centre is extremely popular as it has a mix of small individual shops and café’s along with larger chains such as Waitrose and Costa Coffee. One of our favourites is Costal Coffee located in the High Street, it has the perfect balance of light snacks and larger meals all served in a very pleasant and modern setting.

Littlehampton & Rustington are conveniently located close to the A27 so travel to Chichester in the West and Brighton in the East is easy and the bus service that runs through both villages is excellent
