Our lovely team at Move Revolution Purley has evolved since it was first opened by Paul Mulligan in 2015, since that time the office has gone from strength to strength and Paul has recently been promoted to Operations Director in recognition of his expertise. The team is now headed up by Ryan Milson and Abigail Ramsey, Sales Managers, and Chloe Gumbrell, Sales Negotiator. Together, they continue to uphold their strong reputation and presence in the local area, along with their comprehensive knowledge of the local market, property experience and brilliant customer service.
Their fun and buzzy office is located at Airport House in Purley, prominently positioned to accommodate the areas they cover; Purley, Croydon, Coulsdon, Sanderstead, Sutton, Wallington, Kenley and Shirley. It’s really easy to assume that these areas covered by Move Revolution Purley blend into one another however, each has their own distinct personality. Luckily, the team cover areas with some of our very favourite coffee shops and unique attractions that we love to recommend to our clients.
Locations
Historic Sanderstead is a particular favourite with its beautiful surroundings of the North Surrey Downs, it has a village pond and lovely parade of local shops. Coco & Nut Coffee Co is one of our favourite coffee shops, with a wonderful selection of organic tea and coffee and delicious varieties of vegan and gluten free, cakes and pastries go down a treat! You will be made to feel very welcome!
Sutton is the perfect balance of suburban and city living, it has a quieter vibe for people looking to get away from the busyness of the city yet still having the perks of a vibrant town centre brimming with shops and restaurants such as, The Clink. The Clink is known for its beautifully presented fine dining food – definitely worth checking out!
Croydon’s vibrant and buzzy neighbourhood covers a vast area beyond the town centre, it’s northern suburbs border London and its southern suburbs are surrounded by leafy Surrey. The Store in South Croydon is simply gorgeous, a chic bar with stunning interiors which were originally restored from its former J Sainsbury supermarket dating back to the 1800’s. Not to mention of course their impressive food and cocktail menus! Take a look at their stunning Instagram page, we particularly love their floral displays.
Kenley has an ideal position between countryside and urban living. A nature lovers dream, surrounded by beautiful, tranquil countryside. With Purley just a short drive down the road, Lord Roberts on the Green is a must visit- their ideal location and mouth-watering menu will make this a regular hang out spot for sure.

Ryan Milson started his agency career in a local estate agent in Sutton before transitioning to Move Revolution Purley, 9 years ago. He loves selling property, which is adamant in his excellent customer service as well as, his extensive local property knowledge.
Abigail Ramsey joined Move Revolution Purley in January 2020 where she has worked her way up to Sales Manager. Her love of property is evident from the first moment you speak, or meet with her, you will automatically have the feeling you are working alongside an expert who cares about you and your property journey, whether you are buying of selling your home. She has outstanding attention to detail and passion for client service which is reflected of her success in her Move Revolution journey.
Chloe Gumbrell’s knowledge covers sales, lettings, and property management, but her customer service and organisation skills are exceptional. She’s very passionate about fitness, you’ll find her in the gym regularly!

It is the second time that we have used Move Revolution for the sale of our house. We stupidly had gone with an other estate agent at first for the sell of our second property but after 15 weeks of our house being on the market and no serious offer, we decided to go with Move Revolution again and they sold the house within 2 weeks. They are very responsive and professional. They are able to anticipate problems and are great at marketing (taking great care with pictures for example but also pricing the property at the right level to achieve the best purchase price). The whole team are well presented, bright, polite, focused on customer care and we could see that people coming out of our house after a viewing were happy and upbeat.
