Co-founders, Ruby and Obi Chowdhury (ROC) entered the construction industry with backgrounds in Medicine (General Practitioner) and Mathematics (Actuarial Science) respectively. As avid property lovers, they saw an obvious gap in the market. After assessing profit margins from major developers, the co-founders were simply stunned how new home purchasers were over-spending on poorly packaged products. With a shortage of houses in the UK, they decided to make a positive impact.
With the help of many leading experts, ROC Homes was formed to intelligently position itself within the industry to construct quality homes with a strong focus on consumers.
