Racing Spirit at F1 Arcade London and Lingfield Races

For those who love a bit of adrenaline, the F1 arcade sessions are a highlight. Our team gets competitive behind the wheel, racing each other for bragging rights. And when it’s time for a special outing, we get dressed up and head to Lingfield Races for summer race nights. Enjoying full hospitality with sit-down meals, live music, and a stylish atmosphere, it’s the perfect way to celebrate and unwind together.

Challenging Fun at Crystal Maze in Islington

Another favourite activity is taking on the challenges at Crystal Maze in Islington. It’s a fantastic way to build teamwork and problem-solving skills while having a blast. Whether you’re navigating puzzles or working against the clock, the Crystal Maze brings out everyone’s competitive and collaborative spirit.

Escape Rooms at Tulleys Farm

We also had an amazing time tackling the Escape Rooms at Tulleys Farm. Everyone got stuck into the challenges, working together to solve clues and beat the clock. It was one of those activities that brought out creative thinking, teamwork, and plenty of laughs along the way — and it’s safe to say it was a huge hit with the whole team!

Bowling and Shuffleboard at The Light

For some classic fun and friendly competition, we often hit up The Light for bowling and shuffleboard. It’s a great way to unwind, enjoy some laughs, and bring the team closer together outside of work. Whether you’re aiming for strikes or mastering the shuffleboard, it’s always a good time.

Boules on the Lawns at Our HQ in South Nutfield

When the weather’s nice, some of the most fiercely competitive games happen right on the lawns outside our HQ in South Nutfield. Boules is a firm favourite, and the rivalry is real! It’s a great way to get fresh air, enjoy some friendly competition, and share a few laughs with the team.

Sharing Food and Cocktails at Our Quarterly Meetings

Every quarter, we get together for team meeting — but they’re never just about business. We always enjoy a meal together afterwards, whether it’s freshly cooked BBQ kebabs or burgers, or incredible stone-baked pizza from Monte Forte in Reigate. And of course, each meeting features its own signature cocktail, crafted specially for the team. Our last was a refreshing ‘Hugo Spritz’, expertly prepared by our very own Alex Gardner. It’s a perfect tradition that blends celebration with connection.

Christmas Party at The Blues Kitchen, Shoreditch

The Blues Bar was the venue for our unforgettable Christmas party one year — an amazing night filled with delicious food, lively karaoke, and a fantastic live band. It was the perfect setting for celebrating together, sharing laughter, and enjoying great music in a relaxed, fun atmosphere.

Cocktails at The Grand, Brighton — Christmas Celebration

For a special Christmas treat, the team enjoyed cocktails at The Grand in Brighton. It was a wonderful way to celebrate the season together, with delicious drinks, great company, and festive cheer in a stunning setting.

Paddleboarding Adventures

When the weather’s right, we take to the water for some paddleboarding. It’s a fantastic way to enjoy the outdoors, get some exercise, and just relax with the team. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a first timer, paddleboarding brings everyone together in a laid-back setting.
