A holding deposit of the equivalent of a weeks rent – will be required to hold the property. This is deductible from the first account.
This deposit will be non refundable if the below occurs: the tenant withdraws, the tenant doesn’t take all reasonable steps to enter the tenancy, the tenant fails a right to rent check, the tenant provides misleading information which materially affects their suitability to rent the property.
During the tenancy the tenant may be liable to pay the following permitted payments:
The tenant will be liable to pay for any lost keys, replacement locks or security devices. Move Revolution will supply the tenant with an invoice from the relative supplier.
3% plus the bank of England base rate, of any late rent, will be charged pro rata for each day rent payments are late.
£50.00 inc vat or reasonable costs for any variation to contract for example a pet addendum or change of occupant. If the cost of a variation to contract exceeds £50 inc vat Move Revolution will supply the tenant with receipts and invoices and subsequently charge accordingly.
