Throughout there are some really nice touches that we were instantly drawn too. All of the double glazed windows are sashes, in keeping with that traditional look. The chrome fittings on the windows, doors and sockets marries modern with traditional. The en-suite to the main bedroom, bathroom and the kitchen all benefit form underfloor heating. There is of course the NHBC warranty which was registered in 2015 and provides purchasers with that peace of mind.
The open plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for entertaining. The bespoke kitchen, built by locally renowned Hamilton Stone Design, has granite work tops and plenty of storage and prep space. Integrated appliances include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, wine cooler and fridge freezer. There is also a built in oven and spate microwave and a four ring hob.
