OWNER’S PERSPECTIVE We were excited to see this house before we even went to view it. Both of us love to visit London so being such a short distance from both East Grinstead and Dormasland mainline railway stations was perfect with their direct lines into town. Being able to walk into the town and enjoy the facilities was also appealing as was having access to great countryside walks and cycle routes.

When we arrived at the property, the electric gated entrance immediately gave us a sense of privacy and security. Pulling into the driveway we loved that there was plenty of space to park and turn which is great as we love to entertain friends and family. The double car port was also a welcome bonus.

The main house certainly didn’t disappoint. It is light and airy throughout and is beautifully presented with plenty of character. The entrance hallway is a good size and there is a fantastic sitting room with a beamed ceiling. The dining room has a gas fire and is ideally located next to the kitchen. It is the perfect home for entertaining but also has a lovely cosy feel. We fell in love with the double aspect master bedroom. It has plenty of built-in storage and a feature fireplace. There are two further bedrooms and a good sized bathroom.

Outside, the garden store has been a great place to store tools and equipment and we have enjoyed relaxing in the sunny, south facing garden. We have loved living here and hope the new owners enjoy it as much as we have.
