We love the space on offer and the location of this impressive, modern town house ideally located within easy walking distance of the village centre and mainline railway station. LOCATION There are plenty of facilities on offer to local residents. The village is served by two excellent coffee shops. The more nationally recognised Costa Coffee and the smaller, independent Rosies is popular with local families with young children. There are three award winning curry houses and an excellent Thai restaurant. Coughlans bakery is a recent addition to the village but is already a firm favourite with us! A Co-op offers the opportunity to carry out a larger shop. The market town of East Grinstead is only 4 miles away and offers more extensive shopping facilities. The village is served by two public houses with the Star offering a fantastic garden and excellent menu. Despite only opening a couple of years ago Wee Ones Nursery has a growing reputation and the village school is popular. Lingfield College is a highly regarded co-educational independent school.

Lingfield boasts a popular all weather racecourse and National Trust facilities are located locally at Wakehust Place and Standon House. Hever Castle is also only a short drive away. For those interested in golf and fitness, Chartham Park can be located within a short drive.

The mainline station offers regular services to East Croydon, London Bridge and Victoria. The nearby M25 is accessed at Godstone Junction 6, offering easy access to London, Brighton and Gatwick airports.
