DESCRIPTION This is an excellent family home, located on a quiet residential road in the recently built development of Penlands Green. There are plenty of features that really excite us about this home that we know will appeal to buyers. Internally, we are big fans of the ceiling height which promotes that sense of space. LOCATION One of the key features of this home is the family-friendly development and its strong community feel. For commuters, there is excellent access to Haywards Heath station, which is located just a mile to the south. Train times to London Bridge and Victoria are approximately 50 minutes, whilst Brighton is around 20 minutes to the south. Also close by are Sainsbury’s and Waitrose. A range of bars and restaurants can be found at The Broadway whilst an extensive range of shops are located at The Orchards. For schools, Harlands Primary is within walking distance, there is a cut through from the development, whilst Warden Park Secondary is located in Cuckfield and Oathall Community College is in Haywards Heath. Head north form the development and a short drive takes you to Borde Hill and then onto Balcombe, whilst in a westerly direction, you’ll find Cuckfield just over a mile away.
