The private road enjoys a well regarded community for residents, with an annual summer BBQ and Christmas carols. For commuters, the position is excellent. Haywards Heath station is on your doorstep, where trains to London Bridge and London Victoria are from 42 minutes, whilst Brighton is just 20 minutes to the south.
