Our neighbours at The Salt Box can be found just around the corner from our HQ in South Nutfield. Being in the middle of the Surrey countryside a lot of their ethos is based around woodland feasting and open fire cooking, foraging, learning about the wildlife and cooking in nature, as well as art classes, yoga, floristry and much more.
Maybe the man in your life loves his BBQ?! A voucher to book on to one of their extremely popular workshops would make for a fun and memorable day out!
Goodwood Track Day
Goodwood is famous for its horseracing and motorsport. If you know someone who is a fan of cars or racing, perhaps they would enjoy a track day?
With the choice of a half day or a full day experience, where they will be able to drive a super car around one of the world’s most challenging racetracks and a buffet lunch will also be included. They will go through a full briefing, noise testing and of course the driving itself!
Clay Pigeon Shooting
Having done this before we can say that it makes for a really fun day out! The Gun Club is located in Findon, West Sussex, in the middle of the beautiful South Downs National Park.
You will be guided by a qualified shooting instructor and whether they are new to the sport or have done it before, they will be shown how to use and shoot a gun safely, etiquette, fit you with the right gun and then they will have the opportunity to brake some clays!
Batts Hill Gin Distillery
For all the gin lovers out there, a small locally owned business who we know well in Reigate are Batts Hill Distillers, who were established in 2020 by two friends.
They sell some amazing gin gifts including a choice of their delicious Surrey gins, a cocktail making set and beautifully presented gift boxes and garnishes. Their gins have recently won a Great Taste Award for their small batch, hand crafted Surrey gin, as well as their many pop up events which have been happening throughout 2021.
Brighton Beard Co
The Brighton Beard Co is as you guessed, a Brighton based small business who sell 100% organic beard products for men. Packed with gorgeous fragrances and quality ingredients specific for each need. You can find everything from beard balms, oils, moustache wax, brushes, combes, shampoo, and conditioner to wash bags and gifts sets.
These would make wonderful stocking fillers/ gifts if you are struggling for presents to get!
