Design Finn’s Dream Gingerbread Home and Help Us Share the Love

This Christmas, we are delighted to introduce someone very special to our Share the Love campaign. Meet Finn the Gingerbread Man. Finn is on the move and looking for his perfect new gingerbread home, and we would love your help to design it.

As part of our sixth year supporting local food banks, we are launching Finn’s Gingerbread House Design Competition. It is a fun and creative way for children to get involved while also encouraging families to think about supporting their local food bank at Christmas.

Who Can Enter?

The competition is open to children aged 4 to 11.
You do not need to be a Move Revolution client to take part, and there is no cost to enter.

How the Competition Works

Taking part is simple.

• Download Finn’s Gingerbread House design sheet (see above link to download)
• Children can design Finn’s dream home in any style
• Take a clear photo or scan of the finished design
• Email your entry* to nicola.jordan@moverevolution.com
• Entries close: Friday 13th December 2025
• Winners announced: Week commencing Monday 15th December 2025

Each winner will receive a gingerbread house kit to build and decorate at home in time for Christmas.

Designing Finn’s Dream Home

At Move Revolution, we spend every day helping people find homes they love. Finn’s competition is a playful way of bringing that idea to life for children. Whether they imagine a classic icing-covered cottage, a colourful sweet-filled mansion or a modern gingerbread townhouse, we cannot wait to see their ideas. It is a lovely activity for families and a chance for children to express their imagination during the festive season.

Supporting Your Local Food Bank

There is no requirement to donate to enter the competition.
However, if families feel able, we encourage them to consider giving an item to their local food bank during December.

You can support in two ways:

• Donate directly at your local food bank or supermarket collection point
• Arrange a Move Revolution Share the Love collection if you would like to donate a larger bag or box

Our Share the Love Collection Day is Thursday 11th December 2025.

Why We Created Finn’s Competition

Adding Finn to Share the Love has allowed us to create something fun, festive and meaningful. We wanted to offer an activity that children would enjoy and that reflected what we care about most as an estate agent: home, imagination, care and community.

Most importantly, it gives children the chance to be part of something that helps families who may need a little extra support at Christmas.
