The styling is evident when you see the interiors, each and every apartment and beautiful house has their own unique features.
We have fallen for the beautiful bespoke Shaker style kitchens, which have been designed in either light and dark grey or heritage green units. These are sublimely married with Quartz worktops and splashbacks and have been fully integrated for ease and convenience with a range of integrated Bosch appliances.
Shaker style kitchen cabinets consist of a recessed panel and a four piece framed door/ draw, traditionally made from wood and dovetail joints. The understated design is timeless and elegant.
The design style originated from a religious group ‘The Shakers’ who created furniture from bare essentials, with no fuss, embellishments or metal handles. Today, the shaker kitchens have evolved into various design adaptations for everything from more contemporary looks to more traditional styles, possibilites are endless!
Oakley Gardens has a fantastic mix of old and new, having converted an original Grade II listed Manor House into outstanding apartments retaining many original period features as well as brand new, contemporary boutique houses. The Shaker style kitchens blend in harmoniosuly into both interior design styles incorporating different colours, metals and layouts.
