Headed by Lydia White, Senior Sales Negotiator, Harvey Chowler, Senior Sales Negotiator and Sue Peyton, Senior Sales Coordinator. Together, they are a force to be reckoned with, holding a long-standing presence and excellent reputation in the local area, along with their combined property background and local market knowledge.

They cover, Nutfield, Bletchingley, Merstham, Redhill, Reigate, Caterham, Oxted, Whyteleafe, Horley, Tadworth, Otford, Woldingham and Biggin Hill. Each town and village have their own distinct characteristics and types of properties. The areas also offer some wonderful eateries and appeal.

The quaint village of Nutfield dates back to the 1840’s, with the newer addition of South Nutfield Village located down the road, which emerged in later years. The village has its own primary school, church, post office, Holborns convenience store selling amenities, local wine and beer and flowers. Plus, three pubs, a train station and the well-known Nutfield Priory Hotel and Spa, a beautiful Victorian Mansion which was turned into a 4-star hotel, boasting ornate period features and stylish interiors. The region is known for its farming, being in a lush leafy area of Surrey there are plenty of walks and cycling routes to enjoy around the beautiful surrounding countryside. Priory Farm Shop is a real local treat with a garden centre and café plus a fabulous farm shop offering high quality fresh local produce, a bakery, and butchers. It is also a perfect day out for the kids as it has its own ‘Discovery Walk’ with nature trails, activities and fishing lakes.

There are numerous schools nearby such as the newly opened Lime Tree Primary School and the much-loved Quality Street summer fair which is great fun for all the family to enjoy! Also known for its cricket club which has been around since 1864!

I honestly would give more than 5 stars if I could! Move Revolution as a company are extremely professional, friendly and communicate VERY quickly. We have been dealing with Sue Peyton the whole way through the process of selling our property to purchase an onward property. I cannot rate Sue high enough, she is super friendly, she cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure we are kept up to date every step of the way.

Selling my property was such a stress free positive experience with Move Revolution. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the marketing which I was so impressed with. Within a few days we had viewings booked. We ended up receiving more that one offer and we had a sale agreed to a lovely buyer. The team are now being proactive in helping me find my new home. Couldn’t ask for a more professional, helpful agency. Highly recommend.
